Fine Day for Rowan Cup final

Match Reports

After months of rain, the final of the 2012 Rowan Cup looks set to be contested in fine weather this Thursday evening (August 2) at Titwood.

The finalists, East Kilbride and Clydesdale, agreed the date and the venue as other options were affected by continuing wet conditions and a 'window of earliest opportunity' opened for the match to be played at the Clydesdale ground.

The weather forecast for Thursday is bright and sunny, with a low risk of a shower. The match starts at 18.00 sharp, and the umpires are Eric Young and Jim Murphy.
